Hot and cold pack use instruction:
The pack is for cold and warm usage.
The cooling occurs in a refrigerator freezer or deep freeze(to -12 degree).
The heating occurs in hot water(to 80 degree).
Extended heating or cooling may damage the pack.
The pack should not be permanently stored in the freezer.
Cold use has been arranged by swelling, fatique and bruises.
Warm use has been arranged by joints pain, muscle pain and spit.
Important: Wrap the pack in a thin towel. Never lay the pack directly on the skin.
