(1) Gold Trommel Screen
Materials fed into the trommel screen, is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The three coupling shafts are designed higher than the screening surface, which enables the larger particles being stirred up and thus increases the screening efficiency. The particles larger than screen mesh size are discharged as the upper size materials which could be delivered away by belt conveyor, while the particles smaller than screen mesh are discharged as undersize materials.

(2) Gold Centrifugal Concentrator
The hollow shaft of gold centrifugal concentrator can be driven by electrical motor transmission part through belt driving, making the rotation inner sleeve rotate in a high speed to produce centrifugal force. The slurry will be fed into the rotation inner sleeve through feeding pipe, and the slurry particle will be separated under the action of centrifugal force field. The heavy mineral will be remained in the cell guide of rotation inner sleeve, and the light mineral will be discharged through the tailings launder. After one shift work and stop running, the concentrate will be discharged through the concentrate discharge outlet.
Application shows that the recovery can be as high as 90%, especially for the case in recovering the natural gold in lode ore with 65% of the ore having a milling size of 0. 074mm, the recovery for the natural gold is expected up to 98%, For that natural gold of 0.004mm in particle size, the recovery is 97%. The cleaning up cycle is 1~4 hours, and the upgrade ratio is up to 1,000 times. The equipment is patented in China.

(3) Vibrating Sluice Box
The vibrating sluice is a new type of gold extracting machine especially in the fine gold and flake gold recovery. It can increase 10% gold grade than the normal sluice.
To compare the normal sluice and fluctuate sluice, normal sluice is with good recovery rate for the big size gold as the volumn and gravity is bigger than the buoyancy of water, so the big particle will go down the sluice. But when the gold is very fine or in flake, it will be difficult to be down.
It's difficult for the normal sluice to slow the water speed, cuz if the fluidization of water is lower, the slurry will be easily deposited in the carpet. So most of the normal sluice is built in a big slope, so the water speed is fast. The fluctuate is with vibrating function, so the clay will not be deposited. And it's no need to build in a big slope, so the water speed can be lower so that the fine gold and flake gold will go down easily.

(4) shaking table
The electric motor of the shaker drives the belt pulley to drive the crankshaft of the shaker device to move up and down by mean of a belt drive. When the rocker moves downwards, the mineral material enters through the groove in the inclined table surface of the double bar. Provide lateral impact water so that one side vibrates while rinsing. Specific gravity and particle size. Minerals with different densities flow out of the finer ore end of the bed and tailings in different directions,directly forming high quality concentrates due to ore With the replacement of the shaker, the equipment has greatly improved in terms of throughput and accuracy.
